OmniPact Secures $50 Million to Advance Trust Infrastructure

New York, United States, March 7th, 2026, Chainwire

OmniPact, a decentralized protocol building a trust layer for peer-to-peer transactions of physical and digital assets, announced today that it has raised $50 million in a private funding round. This funding will help speed up the development of its mainnet, add cross-chain features, and launch its decentralized arbitration system.

The funding round was supported by a group of institutional investors and family offices who chose to stay anonymous. These investors said they believe in OmniPact’s technical plan and its ability to create new standards for safe, direct transactions without middlemen in Web4 and traditional commerce.

A large part of the funds will be used to finish building and testing OmniPact’s core smart contracts and multi-chain systems. The money will also support the launch of its testnet in Q1 2026. In addition, the company will grow its engineering team to help build features for real-world assets (RWA) and AI-based transaction systems.

“The funding validates our thesis that the future of commerce requires a neutral, transparent, and trustless foundation,” said Alex Johnson, Co-founder and CEO of OmniPact. “Our system removes middlemen and gives control back to users. This support from investors helps us move forward and bring safe, decentralized custody to people around the world.”

omni pact OmniPact protocol solves the “trust problem” in peer-to-peer transactions by using smart contracts as on-chain guarantors. It combines automated custody, decentralized dispute handling, and reputation systems. This allows people to trade safely without using centralized platforms. The new funding will help bring this system closer to real-world use.
