INVESTING YACHTS Launches RWA Yacht Charter Model

Ibiza, Spain, February 8th, 2026, Chainwire

Investing Yachts today introduced its real-world asset (RWA) yacht charter model. This is a blockchain-based system made to turn yacht business earnings into digital tokens. It focuses on sharing possible double-digit revenue from luxury yacht charter services using its upcoming $YATE token. The main goal is to make private equity investments open to more people.

Investing Yachts works at the meeting point of yachting and on-chain finance. It is built to remove common problems in yacht investing. These include high starting costs, low liquidity, and hard operations. It does this by using a token system that can be traded in markets and supported by a managed fleet of yachts.

How the model is designed to work

At the center of the Investing Yachts model, the $YATE ecosystem connects yacht business activity to rewards for tokenholders using a clear and rule-based system:

Charter profit distribution:
Up to 65% of yearly net charter profits is planned to be shared with tokenholders. Users must lock $YATE tokens into special “vaults.” Different lock times can give different shares of the profit pool.

Buyback & burn:
About 10% of net profits is planned to be used to buy back tokens and remove them from supply. This helps reduce the number of tokens over time.

Asset-tied issuance:
New tokens are created when new yachts or real-world assets are added. This system is based on NAV and is designed to match token supply with real assets and charter activity.

$YATE Token Pre-Sale

Investing Yachts says the $YATE pre-sale will begin on February 25, 2026. The goal is to grow the community before the token becomes widely available on exchanges.

According to the website and whitepaper, the pre-sale pricing is planned as follows:

Initial price: 0.10 USDT per $YATE
Dynamic increase: +0.75% price increase every 24 hours
Duration: 9 months
Target post–pre-sale listing price: 1.00 USDT

The documents also explain how tokens will be released over time. These rules are made to support steady growth and reward long-term holders and early users.

Broker Network and Market Positioning

The global yacht charter and yachting services market is worth billions of dollars. In the past, only wealthy people could take part. Investing Yachts wants to change this by allowing more people to join through the $YATE token system. This brings a digital model to an industry that has mostly stayed offline and hard to access.

Investing Yachts has built relationships with experienced yacht brokers and industry partners. These partners help find yachts, manage deals, and run charter services. These connections are meant to help the project find good opportunities, agree on fair terms, and use yachts in popular locations.

Community and updates

Investing Yachts shares updates on social media. It encourages people to follow the project for news about the pre-sale, updates, and future plans:
