INK Network News Today: What Does the CoinGecko Request Confirm?
The INK team has shared details of a CoinGecko listing request, but approval remains unconfirmed. This INK Network News update explains what the official X post reveals about the request. It also covers INK's PancakeSwap trading activity, contract details, and holder concerns. Here is what investors should know while waiting for CoinGecko's decision.
INK Network News: What Does the Official Post Confirm About CoinGecko?
INK is a BEP-20 token on BNB Smart Chain. It worked as a reward inside the cPen mobile app. Mining ended in July 2026, and phased payouts began in September. The token now trades on PancakeSwap.
This INK Network News update comes straight from the team’s X account. Here are the details it lists.
The post also shows an INK/WBNB card for PancakeSwap V3 with a 1% fee.
Has CoinGecko Approved the INK Listing Request Yet?
No. The post does not name a decision date. It also does not say the request has been reviewed.
A request ID only proves a form was sent. It is not a green light. CoinGecko says it reviews each request on its own terms and may reject one without giving a reason.
Its help page lists two review paths. Regular review takes up to 5 days. Fast Pass takes up to 24 hours. The team has not said which one it chose.
CoinGecko also warns communities not to flood it with “when list” messages. Repeated spam can get a token disqualified. Holders who want a quick exchange listing should wait for the team and not message the platform.
Which INK Contract Address Should Holders Trust?
Use the one on the official cPen website and in the team’s X post. Both show the same address ending in 2F4c.
Fake tokens with copied names show up often during listing talk. A wrong contract can send your money to a dead end. Here is a short check:
Open cpen.io and find the INK section.
Match the full contract address, not just the first and last letters.
Use only the Telegram link shared by the team.
Ignore direct messages that offer “early listing access.”
Any crypto news page that shows a different address should be treated as a warning sign.
How Is INK Trading on PancakeSwap Before the Listing?
Trading is thin. A decentralized exchange tracker snapshot from early October 26 (UTC) showed INK near $0.001589. Liquidity in the WBNB pool was about $40,000, and market cap was near $817,000.
That snapshot counted 229 trades in a day, with 185 sells against 44 buys. Volume was about $2,100. Prices move fast on small pools, so check a live tracker before acting.
These numbers describe one pool. They say nothing about the listing request. A price tracker page could bring more eyes to INK, but it does not add buyers on its own.
Why Are INK Holders Split Over the Listing Post?
Replies under the post are mixed. Some holders want wider access and easier price tracking. Others are upset about reward values and their payout experience.
That mood fits the timeline. Phase 2 payouts are set for December 11, 2026, at 18:00 UTC. Phase 3 follows on March 5, 2027. Each payout carries a 5% fee, based on earlier project updates.
The project has also been burning INK daily. The count stood at 19,077,231 INK burned as of October 21, 2026, or 3.56% of supply.
A listing would not change any of those dates. It would only make INK easier to find. The next INK Network News update will depend on what CoinGecko does with the request.
Watch the official X account and your CoinGecko search for a decision, a new INK market page, or a team update on the review.
