Ethereum Price Prediction Today: Institutional Buying What Next?
Ethereum has spent the past several sessions stuck inside a tight box, and this Ethereum price prediction looks at whether a fresh wave of whale demand is enough to finally push it out. A well-known institutional buyer has just added a serious chunk of ETH to its holdings, right as the price sits at the edge of a range it has struggled to escape for days.

Ethereum News Today: BlackRock ETF Clients Buy $148.82 Million
The biggest Ethereum news today comes from Whale Insider on X, which flagged that BlackRock ETF clients just bought 148.82 million dollars worth of staked ETH.
A purchase of this size from institutional ETF flows is exactly the kind of Ethereum trend analysis signal that tends to matter, since it points to continued accumulation from large players even while price has been chopping sideways on the charts.

ETH Price Prediction: Whale's Reason to Buy Before $3,049
On the ETH USDT 4-hour chart on Binance, the price has been contained inside a wider range between 2,386.82 and 2,545.93 for several sessions. Recently, Price made an aggressive attempt to push above this range, but it could not sustain the move on the upper side.
Even so, price is still holding above the 4-hour closing zone, keeping the broader structure intact rather than confirming a failed breakout.
If price breaks and closes above 2,664.59, that would open the door toward 3,049.66 as the next resistance, a move that would align well with the kind of institutional demand seen from BlackRock ETF clients this week. On the downside, if the price breaks and closes below 2,358.56, the next support to watch is 2,221.27.

Risks to This ETH Price Outlook
Range-bound structures like this one can fake out in either direction before a real breakout confirms, so waiting for a closing basis break rather than a wick matters here.
Institutional flows like the BlackRock ETF purchase can also shift quickly depending on broader market sentiment, so this should be read as a supportive signal rather than a guarantee of continued buying.
