Cedomis News Today: August Listing Update and Voting Impact
Cedomis has restarted its community voting plan. This news puts new pressure on the August listing timeline for CEDO.
The Avalanche blockchain based rewards platform posted an update on its official X account. It thanked users for sharing ideas and tips.
The team said it is checking all the feedback now. A final choice will come soon. Once that happens, voting will start.
This news comes just days after the launch of the CEDO token on-chain. That step made CEDO real for the first time, outside the older PCEDO reward system.
Why This Matters
This is not the first time it has talked about voting. The project raised a similar vote earlier this year. That vote was about whether old PCEDO tokens, part of the older token system, get burned or locked.
That earlier round moved slowly. A launch date first pointed to June 11, 2026. No exchange came on that day. The team never named an exchange for that date.
So when Cedomis brings back voting, right after the PCEDO to CEDO swap went live, holders have reason to watch closely. A repeat delay is possible.
What Has Been Confirmed So Far
The official cedomis.xyz site and the project's X page confirm these facts:
CEDO went live on-chain on July 29, 2026.
The PCEDO to CEDO swap portal opened on July 31, 2026. It is live now.
The swap rate drops each week. Week one gives 1 PCEDO for 0.176 CEDO.
Games on the Cedomis Quest Portal pay out extra rewards.
$AVAX rewards are marked as coming soon. No date is set yet.
The team has not shared a CEDO listing price.
Season 2 quest platform is live too. Users can sign up, finish quests, and earn the CEDO token, ARENA, PCEDO, or partner tokens.
The August Listing Question
The swap window runs for four weeks from July 31, 2026. That puts it close to late August.
It said the portal will pause once trading starts. It will reopen seven days later at that week's rate. This hints that trading may follow soon after the window shuts.
That timing fits an August listing. But timing alone does not confirm it.
The project has missed a stated date before. June 11 came and went with no listing. No exchange listing name was ever tied to that date.
Given that past delay, an August launch stays possible. It is not yet guaranteed. A firm launch date has still not come from the team. Any listing date shared outside Cedomis' own channels should be treated as unproven.
What The Voting Round Could Mean
A new voting round is forming right as the swap window nears its close. That raises a fair question. Is Cedomis building support before a launch? Or is this one more step that pushes the date back again?
The team has not linked this vote to the launch date in its posts. Cedomis Token has also not said the vote will change trading access.
Still, the pattern from earlier this year calls for caution. A post led to a delay once before.
Community input can also be a good sign. It shows the team wants buy-in before big choices. But for holders waiting on a trading date, more steps in the process can mean more time on the clock.
What Holders Should Do Now
Check your wallet for any PCEDO left from past quests or staking.
Convert early. The rate drops each week.
Follow the official X account for the final voting update.
Skip any listing date shared outside Cedomis' own channels.
Track the launch price news on its own. The team has kept it apart from the voting update so far.
