Fleek Network ($FLK)
About Fleek Network Project
Fleek Network is a new kind of internet service that allows users to build and share websites and applications without the need for large companies like Google or Amazon. It is one of what is called Web3—a new web that gives more power to users, not big tech. Normally, when you visit a website, it’s hosted on a server belonging to a company. Fleek Network isn’t like that.
It doesn’t rely on a group of computers spread all over the world. The computers, known as nodes, help store and spread website information faster and safer. Because it isn’t dependent on one company or location, it’s more difficult to shut it down or block it.
Fleek is built on smart technologies like IPFS (a way to share files across many computers) and blockchain tools (like ENS, a name system kind of like web addresses). Developers can connect their code from places like GitHub and publish it directly onto the network.
One of Fleek’s tools is called the Fleek Gateway.
It makes websites load faster by keeping copies of files close to where users live. Fleek also has another platform named Fleek.xyz where individuals can easily set up and host their websites with easy steps.
Anyone can be part of the Fleek Network by operating a node. Individuals doing so contribute to powering the network and can receive rewards. This renders the system fair, transparent, and strong in the long term.
Developers are also able to use Fleek to create and deploy websites straightforwardly from environments such as GitHub. They obtain features such as automatic updates and secure storage—all without utilizing the conventional web businesses.
